As we settle into the fall season, I want to take a moment to reflect on the energy and engagement we’ve seen across our association this year. Our Fall Virtual Event in September was a tremendous success — filled with strong participation, insightful sessions, and meaningful discussion. Thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, and helped make it possible. Each event like this reminds us how much we gain when we come together to learn, share, and support one another.

Looking ahead, we’re already turning our focus to MAR Education Day in March, which promises to be another opportunity to strengthen our skills and connect with colleagues from across Virginia. Details will be coming soon, and I encourage everyone to mark their calendars and plan to join us.
