Speakers

Mike Hensley, CSR, RDR

Mike is a dynamic force in the world of court reporting as a freelance court reporter based in Dublin, California. He has achieved significant milestones within the profession, including obtaining RDR certification within his first five years and becoming a nationally ranked speed contestant. Mike specializes in matters involving biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, software development, and mechanical engineering. He is passionate about inspiring and mentoring fellow court reporters and has served as President of the California Court Reporters Association.

Donna Lewis, RPR, CSR (HI), FS/VI, CCR

Donna holds multiple certifications and has extensive experience, including working for the United Nations and the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. She has also served as an instructor at Howard University and currently works as a freelance court reporter.

Dana Pon, RPR, CCR

Dana is a freelance reporter/firm owner from Virginia Beach with over 20 years of experience. She enjoys a mix of criminal and civil work and is a huge animal lover, volunteering with the SPCA on weekends.

Charlene Reilly

Charlene is the Education and Outreach Manager for VJLAP with nearly 20 years of legal practice. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master of Arts in Psychology, and a Juris Doctor.

Hetal Challa

Hetal is the Wellness Coordinator for the Supreme Court of Virginia, Office of the Executive Secretary. She has a background in law, mediation, and psychology, with five years of clinical experience in mental health and substance abuse treatment.
