About the Trainer

Grace Molson

My Journey

January 1984, a certified freelance court reporter covering deposition work in Massachusetts. As a freelance court reporter for 16 years I was assigned as a per diem official reporter in the Marlborough Probate & Family Court.

July 2000, I relocated to my home state of New Jersey and began proofreading transcripts and scoping for several reporters for a period of two years while caring for my young family.

October 2002, I began my 16-year career as a sales professional with Stenograph, LLC, as a Senior District Sales Manager. During my time with Stenograph, I was afforded the opportunity to sharpen my skills and delve deeper into the ever-changing technology while being coached by the award-winning programmers and developers in the industry. I have been fortunate to be tutored by these talented professionals who have helped me to expand my knowledge of the tools of our trade to better assist my trainees in today's competitive industry.

March 2017, Owner and President of CAT Smart Training Solutions, LLC. Individualized Case CATalyst training for court reporters at every stage of their career. Together we will create a training agenda after an in-depth analysis assessing your particular needs. My goal is to help you work smarter and faster, building your confidence to accept high-end assignments and/or freeing you up for some personal time.
